Return and Exchanges
Do you have a returns and exchange policy for International Orders?
We accept a one-time return or exchange within 30 days of shipment, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied by order confirmation from our website. Customized items, pre-orders, and purchases made outside our website are not eligible, and all shipping fees (to and from us) will be shouldered by the customer. Refunds and price differences will be issued as store credits, with shipping fees remaining non-refundable.
